This policy explains what personal data we collect through servo-flex.com, why, on what legal bases, with whom it is shared, how long it is kept and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data we collect

  • Contact and request data you provide via the demo form or by email: name, company, work email, robot brand, description of your application.
  • Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, date and time, in the server logs.
  • Analytics and marketing data, only if you have consented (see our cookie policy).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Handling your request for a demonstration, quote or information — legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request and legitimate interest.
  • Managing the business relationship and customer follow-up — legal basis: performance of the contract and/or legitimate interest.
  • Measuring audience and running marketing — legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time.
  • Ensuring the security and proper operation of the site — legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Complying with legal obligations (notably accounting) — legal basis: legal obligation.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by our authorised staff and by providers acting as processors on our behalf:

  • Hosting: Vercel Inc..
  • Form notification delivery: Resend (and, where applicable, your CRM via webhook).
  • Analytics: Google (Google Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity) — subject to your consent.
  • Marketing: LinkedIn — subject to your consent.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Resend, the host) may process data outside the EU, notably in the United States. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards: the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Retention

  • Contact/demo requests without follow-up: up to 3 years after the last contact.
  • Data linked to a business relationship: for the duration of the relationship, then in line with legal periods (Belgian accounting obligations: up to 7–10 years).
  • Cookies and trackers: see the durations in the cookie policy; the consent choice is kept for 6 months.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time (without retroactive effect).

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure (encrypted communications, restricted access, selected providers).

We may update this policy. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page; in case of a significant change we will inform data subjects where required.
